Richard Howes
Richard's background has been a progression of growth starting out operating large of heavy industrial processes, then developed through Electronics Technologist adding automation of physical processes, finally refined as an Electrical Engineer now focused on end-to-end automation from physical operations into data strategy. Now focused on aligning team members from all levels of the organization so we can leverage every bit(pun intended) of data to your advantage. To succeed as a business in the today we must understand individual and even micro contributions and how they impact the bottom line and our client's needs. Richard has made a career of over 15 years out of finding the hidden value within company data. From leveraging physical process data through direct digital controllers (DDCs), to business data through integration of applications and technology. In the end finding valuable data, cleaning and restarting transformations into data models that the organization can use to drive decisions from the technician to the executive. Richard's respect for the unexpected and ability to walk into stressful and sometimes emergency situations enables him to bring people and technology together in a way that 'just works'. |
